1 lb Raw Cashew nuts
1 lb Raw Almonds
1 lb Raw Pecans
3/4 c Organic Maple Syrup
Mix nuts in a bowl and add maple syrup until evenly coated.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lay parchment paper on a baking sheet. Evenly distribute on the baking sheet. Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Cool completely. I put them in a freezer bag and keep them in the freezer. Such a great snack without any junk.
You can make them with just pecans and then put them in your salads too.
