This test, based on the work of mental health experts Thomas H. Holmes and Richard H. Rahe, helps you identify the sources and amount of stress you encounter in your life. The following is a list of stress inducing events, in the order of their Life Change Unit (LCU), from high to low. I did not do so well, I scored 478. There has been a lot of change in the last year...not all bad, but there has definitely been change. So what am I going to do about it? They recommend breathing for starters. They also recommend reading for 20 minutes or taking a walk. I am trying to do both. I think the biggest for me is time alone or time to do my hobbies. I love sewing, cooking and connecting with friends. I think the Thursday morning fellowship with the ladies from church is going to help. I need to start running again. Running always relieves stress for me. I just need to find a path the double stroller fits.

Wow, Keilah! You always have such a beautiful smile and positive attitude! A few years back I was at about a 300+. It was so hard, and yet we learned so much, and grew so much closer to God and our loved ones. A hard valley to be in, but God walked through it with us.
